Purchasing:

In Stock Items or RTS (ready to ship) Items - if an item is in stock, it will be under Ready To Ship (RTS). This means once payment is received, shipping options will be set up. 

Pre-Orders - If an item is a Pre-Order, it will be mentioned on the item's product description. Estimated TAT (turnaround times) will be posted at the banner located at the very top of the page. Please be aware that the TAT is only an ESTIMATE. It may arrive sooner, or later. I do not have control over shipping delays and refunds will not be issued because an item is taking longer than expected.

It can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive the items once the order is placed unless otherwise stated in the post you order from, then another 5-7 days for me to ship your item to you.

 

Processing Time: My current turn around time for is 14-28 Business Days for clothing items as we are still finding our groove as a new business. These are estimated processing times and we are working very hard to get these cut down for even earlier TAT (turnaround time) for you guys.

Shipping: Please note that once your order is shipped it’s no longer my responsibility for how quickly they get the items to you. The postal/delivery companies are operating at a slower rate than usual please be advised. Shipping will go up depending on weight of items. This cost increases due to size, weight and distance to destination. Items will be shipped to you no later than 5-7 Business Days AFTER being received from the vendor and I’ve pressed or hand-made your item. Please be mindful of Pre-Order Items Closing Dates. Once USPS receives/scans the shipment, I am no longer responsible for any delays in transit, lost, damaged, or stolen items. If this occurs, please contact USPS.

 

Handmade Bleached/Dyed Items: Hand-Bleached or Hand-Dyed items will be washed in COLD water only prior to shipping. This is because fabric must be rinsed of bleach before pressing design onto garment. A peroxide/water bath will occur as well to neutralize the bleaching process.

 

Washing Instructions: Please wash your clothing items according to the instructions provided in your order.

-turn garment inside out

-machine wash with cold water

-do not bleach -do not iron

-do not dry clean

-mild detergent only

-no fabric softener

-dry on low heat or hang to dry

Colors: please be aware colors of items may vary due to different lighting or brightness settings from your desktop/mobile device.

For example: I may post a red shirt and someone may see it and look at the picture only to think it’s pink instead. I will include names of the color shirt and be as descriptive as possible to prevent confusion.

Refund & Return Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if you are not satisfied or have a problem with your order, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item. If the problem was due to my oversight or mistake, I will fix the problem. Refunds will not be issued based on the likeness of an item; or lack thereof. Exchanges for different sizes will not be allowed. Size charts or an explanation of how the garment typically fits will be provided. Refunds of any kind will be issued at my discretion. I’m very understanding and will do my best to make things right if a problem is to come up.
